Orders will be shipped to your bill address. But we are able to ship your items to a different address. In that case, please contact us
Precious and Pretty will dispatch your order on the estimated scheduled date. We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery caused by posts or customs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Keep in mind that if for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, or an item is damaged, please contact us within 3 business days from delivery, after receiving your order. Together we will find the best and the quickest solution. In case that a return will be agreed, the buyer pays the return shipping costs and taxes.

Please keep in mind that color or color combinations of the products might be slightly different due to screen resolution, product photography etc. Due to handmade production, the items can’t be identical. Therefore, in orders with multiple items (for ex. favors) or items made with natural materials slight differences between them should be expected. We ensure you that the product listed is genuine as described.
